Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your course registration up to 2 days before the course start date for a full refund or a transfer to a later batch, whichever you prefer.

Cancellations made within 2 days of the course start date will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total course fee. The remaining amount will be refunded or adjusted against a future batch, as per your choice.

Please keep in mind

• The cancellation period is counted from the date and time we receive your written request, not from the payment date.
• Once a batch has started and you have attended any class, cancellation is no longer available under this section. The applicable Refund Policy and admission terms will apply.
• Registration or admission charges, if applicable, may be non-refundable. These will be communicated before payment.
• Discounted or promotional offers may have separate cancellation conditions, communicated at enrolment.

If you need to reschedule a class, please notify us at least 2 days in advance. Rescheduling requests depend on batch and teacher availability.

• Rescheduling is available only for classes that have not yet started.
• Students may reschedule a limited number of classes during a course to avoid disrupting the batch schedule.
• Requests made after a class has started require approval and may incur additional fees.
• For group batches, we may offer a different batch of the same level instead of a separate session.
• Transferring an entire course to a later batch is subject to seat availability and the fees applicable to that batch.

If you do not attend a scheduled class without giving prior notice, the class will be forfeited. No refund, credit, or replacement session will be provided for it.

This applies to both online and offline classes. Online students are responsible for having a working device and a stable internet connection. Classes missed because of connectivity problems on the student's side will be treated as no-shows.

We encourage you to inform our team as early as possible if you expect to miss a class. We will do our best to help you catch up using class notes or practice material.

In some cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule a class or batch because of low enrolment, teacher unavailability, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather, power or internet failures, and public health restrictions.

If we cancel a class, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer a replacement session at the earliest opportunity.

If we cancel an entire batch before it starts, you will be offered the choice of transferring to another batch or receiving a full refund of the amount paid for that course.

In emergencies or exceptional circumstances, such as medical reasons, a family emergency, or relocation, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

We may request reasonable supporting documents, such as a medical certificate, to review your request.

Exceptions are subject to Doitsu management's discretion. Approval in one case does not guarantee approval in another. Contact us early to discuss possible solutions, such as a course freeze or transfer to a later batch.

If your cancellation request is approved and you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed to the original mode of payment.

Please mention your full name, registered phone number, course level, batch timing, and reason for the request so our team can assist you quickly.

We will confirm your cancellation or rescheduling request in writing by email or WhatsApp. Please retain this confirmation for your records.

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The policy applicable to you is the one in effect on your enrolment date, unless we inform you otherwise in writing.
