- Processing fees or transaction fees charged by banks or payment gateways, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount.

Processing time: Allow 7–10 working days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may affect the final credit date.
3. Batch Cancelled by Doitsu
If we cancel a batch before it starts, for example due to low enrolment or teacher unavailability, you will be offered a choice between:
- A full refund of the amount paid for that course; or
- A transfer to another batch of the same level at no extra cost.
If we miss a few classes during a running batch, we will arrange replacement sessions at the earliest. A refund is not applicable in these circumstances.
4. Exceptions
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
- Study Materials: Study material, books, or special workshops purchased separately are non-refundable once delivered or used.
- External Exam Fees: Exam registration or exam fees paid to external bodies such as Goethe-Institut or other examination centres are non-refundable through Doitsu, as they are controlled by those organisations.

- Third-Party Decisions: Exam results, admission decisions, and visa outcomes are determined by independent third parties. Refunds cannot be claimed on the basis of these outcomes.
